Long has had longstanding medical issues that she says have been made worse by her care at the Indian Health Service hospital in Rosebud. "I feel broken because if they acted right, maybe, just maybe the stuff never got as far as it did," Long said. Long prays for anyone who has to go to the IHS hospital in Rosebud, she said. "It's your life they're messing with," Long said. "What about my kids? Are they going to get treated like that?" asked Long, who said that her kids are her life.
