Domestic Violence Awareness Month

Kaeley Smith, of Kasson, stops to look at a display in memory of Minnesota domestic violence victims who lost their lives created by the Family Violence Coordinating Council as part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month this month Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018, at the Government Center in downtown Rochester. "It's just heartbreaking," said Smith, who works at the Government Center. "This could be anyone. You never know when you'll see someone you know," she said.
